"Good binoculars are like a good book - you don't want to put them down. And these Nikon's are great binoculars!!" - Tom CRH
"We always had binoculars in the house. But we never used them much. They were old. And heavy. We still have them. Because they look kind of neat. And really well made. Like old lab equipment.
And they must have been expensive binoculars when they were new. But - they're difficult to use. And slow. Like - instead of you bringing them up to meet your eyes - you kinda have to line your eye up. Find the 'sweet spot'. And hold that carefully. Then they work ok. At best.
But like I said - we never used the old binoculars much. And we've had 'em for years.
"The Nikon binoculars, we take everywhere.
They're lighter. And much-much easier and faster to use than the old binoculars. And they feel lighter in the hands. Less clunky. More balanced. You don't have to think when you use them.
Like - pick a spot way out in a big open field - swing the binoculars up - and 'bam' right there! Right where you were looking. No straining. No aligning just so. No fumbling around.
Just a super bright, super clean, super detailed picture from 400 yards away.
Now that's when binoculars are fun to use! And that's why we take the Nikon binoculars with us everywhere. They are'nt just dead weight. We actually use them".
